Another triple-digit day – 125 New Hawaii COVID-19 Cases and another death: 3/26

In the latest COVID-19 cases report from the Government of the Aloha State, 125 new Hawaii COVID-19 cases were reported bringing the total to 29,194 (up 0.4% from the previous day). To date, 1,244,173 COVID-19 tests have been conducted with 29,052 resulting in a positive reading and marking today’s positivity rate at 1.5%.

Currently, the average daily cases is 80.6. There were a total of 1010 cases reported in the past 14 days. Total deaths to date are 459 (1.6%). At present, there are 39 people hospitalized due to COVID-19.

CURRENT TRAVEL ADVISORIES

For those considering travel within the US, be aware that COVID-19 is widespread in many communities and beginning March 26, 2021, all people entering the state of Hawaii (residents and visitors) will be subject to a mandatory 10-day quarantine or must have a Nucleic Acid Amplification Test (NAAT) from a certified Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment (CLIA) lab test result from Trusted Testing and Travel Partners in accordance with the Hawaii SafeTravels pre-testing program.
